「TASTES OF KOGEI」は飲食・宿泊事業者が、様々な伝統産業の造り手にカスタムオーダーすることができるサービスを展開するプロジェクトユニットの名称です。
参加する京焼・清水焼の８つの窯元へ、飲食・宿泊事業者は自由な発想でオーダーすることができます。サービスを演出する特別な器や花器を誂えることで、より魅力的な一皿や空間を提供し、伝統工芸と共に、世界に向けて食文化や佇まいをアピールしていくことを目的としています。
TASTES OF KOGEI is the name of a project unit that provides a service that enables food, beverage and accommodation providers to place custom orders with makers in various traditional industries.
Food, beverage and accommodation providers are free to order from the eight participating Kyoto and Kiyomizu-yaki potteries. The aim is to provide more attractive dishes and spaces by customizing special vessels and vases for service, and to promote food culture and appearance to the world together with traditional crafts.
